PURPOSE:To reduce the pressure loss by fixing a plate-shaped subsidiary valve body which opens and closes a small valve port formed onto a main valve body by turning a subsidiary valve shaft onto said subsidiary valve shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a valve is to be opened from the perfectly closed state in which a main valve body 7 closes a flow passage, and a subsidiary valve body 26 closes a small valve port 20, the small valve port 20 is opened by turning the plate-shaped valve body 26 by nearly 90 deg. by turning a subsidiary valve shaft 25. Then, the flow passage is opened by turning the main valve body 7 by 90 deg. by turning a main valve shaft 6. When the valve is to be closed from the perfectly opened state, the flow passage is closed by reversely turning the main valve body 7 by nearly 90 deg. by reversely turning the main valve shaft 6. Then, the small valve port 20 is closed by reversely turning the subsidiary valve body 26 by 90 deg. by reversely turning the subsidiary valve shaft 25.
