PURPOSE:To realize the welding automation of the components having completely different shapes by automating via a cam and linking mechanism the respective stage to carry in, weld and carry out the both assembled, after assembling the both by feeding two components separately. CONSTITUTION:The angular cylindrical body A and short cylinder B fed by respective feeding chute 2, 10 are arranged so that the short cylinder B is placed on the upper end face of the angular cylindrical body A in advance prior to being carried in to the welding position. The angular cylindrical body A and short cylinder B transferred to the welding position via the advance of a carrying in and carrying out member 12 are then welded by torches 40, 41 in the state of supporting by short cylinder B by a pressing member 45. After welding, the angular cylindrical body A and short cylinder B are taken out via the bottom piece 13 of the member 12 by carrying out of the welding position with the retreat of the member 12 with releasing the support of the angular cylindrical body A and short cylinder B. In this way the welding automation of the component having completely different shape can be realized.
