PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm receiver and an alarm system equipped with an input circuit for facilitating countermeasures to an A contact input sensor, a B contact input sensor, and an emergency press button. SOLUTION: An alarm receiver compares a state signal when connecting an A contact input sensor, a B contact input sensor or an emergency press button as a terminal with a state signal output from each input circuit 12 connected to each terminal, and when any change is generated in the state signal, decides that it is warning about the line of the terminal.
