PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near infrared ray shielding adhesive film in which the occurrence of cracks in a transparent resin layer with a near infrared light absorption pigment dispersed therein is prevented, by reducing thickness of a transparent base film so as to reduce thickness of the optical filter as a whole. SOLUTION: Adhesive layers 3, 5 and release films 2, 7 are sequentially layered on both surfaces of the transparent resin layer 4 with the near infrared light absorption pigment 4a dispersed therein. The transparent resin layer 4 is composed of an acrylic binder resin with at least 10,000-3,000,000 weight average molecular weight and (-60)-105°C Tg, and an oligomer which is an acrylic (co)polymer with 1,000-10,000 weight average molecular weight and (-80)-0°C Tg, and includes 5-50 pts.wt. oligomer with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the acrylic binder resin composition.
