PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-sensitivity measuring method capable of carrying out a measurement using a general-purpose measuring instrument such as an absorptiometer, a plate reader and the like. SOLUTION: An enzyme cycling of glycerol-3-phosphoric acid dehydrogenase (GAPDH) having thio NAD as a coenzyme, and triose phosphate isomerase (TIM) having a large turnover number are combined as a marker enzyme, thereby amplifying thio NADH being a signal matter at an exponential rate, and the thio NADH is colorimetrically determined, whereby the high-sensitivity measuring method capable of carrying out the measurement using the general-purpose measuring instrument can be realized.
