PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit for a working machine capable of suppressing oil shortage and seizure at a slide-turning part while maintaining a structure for feeding a returning oil from the other working device or the like to a charge circuit part of a circuit of a hydraulic type continuously variable transmission device. SOLUTION: A first oil-discharge passage 63 from a lifting control circuit C and a turning control circuit B is connected to the charge circuit part 59 for a static hydraulic type continuously variable transmission device 11. A second oil-discharge passage 64 for communicated from the charge circuit part 59 with a tank is provided, and a restriction part 65 is provided on the second oil-discharge passage 64.
