PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a structure having a high aerosol generation efficiency by solving the problem arising in an aerosol generator when cracked pieces and a powder are placed in a mixed state at downstream of a filter in the gas-flowing direction, i.e. on the top surface of the filter, and to provide an apparatus for producing the structure. SOLUTION: The aerosol generator has the cracked pieces placed in a mixed state with the particulate powder, a first filter that does not contact the cracked pieces and a second filter installed at downstream of the first filter in the gas-flowing direction, wherein the second filter is not penetrated by the cracked pieces and is composed of pores larger than those in the first filter.
