PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic wave system which generates instructions to match the users' actions recognized by the recognition of the actions. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic wave diagnostic system which has an ultrasonic wave diagnosis part which transmits ultrasonic wave signals to a subject and receives the ultrasonic wave signals reflected from the subject to form an ultrasonic wave image of the subject and a number of pattern samples corresponding to the specified users' actions is provided with a housing part for housing a plurality of training sets related to the instructions for operating the ultrasonic wave diagnosis part, an image acquisition part which photographs the users' actions to form action images, a pattern recognition part for recognizing the users' action patterns from the action images and a control part which searches a pattern sample matching the action patterns recognized from the training sets housed in the housing part to control the operation of the ultrasonic wave diagnosis part following the instructions related to the training sets with the searched pattern samples prepared.
