Disclosed is an automatic tool changer of a machining center wherein when the exchange of tools is achieved by the machining center having a multi-axis spindle, the automatic tool changer automatically moves in a horizontal direction while being spaced by a prescribed distance from the jig that is arranged under the tool changer, and simultaneously, the multi-axis spindle moves upward, so that the exchange of tools may be performed at an area closest to a working cross-point, which leads to protection of the tools from cutting oil and chips as well as swift, stable exchange of tools. |
