A bait using black colored rice and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent excess use of the bait, to purify the quality of water, and to promote a good haul of fish by processing the black colored rice's own taste and smell by a regular method and mixing it in other bait materials. A bait using black colored rice includes black colored rice powder with a small size. The black colored rice powder is manufactured by polishing the black colored rice into small particles with a size of 0.5 - 1.5 mm(S10), roasting the small particles including the outer covering and epidermis of the polished black colored rice in a roast furnace at 150 - 200 deg.C for 20 - 40 minutes(S20), and drying it during a regular time(S30). |
