An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to improve current or voltage transmission efficiency by reducing resistance in the circuit and improving a contact interference property. An organic light emitting diode display device includes a transistor, a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode. The transistor includes gate, source, and drain electrodes which are formed on a substrate. The source electrode and the drain electrode include first, second, and third layers(116ba,116bb,116bc) which have different taper angles from one another. The first layer includes a metal layer and a conductive layer. The second layer is sealed by the first and third layers. Thickness ratio of the first layer to the second layer is 1:2.25 to 22.5. Thickness ratio of the third layer to the second layer is 1:2.2 to 1.9. Thickness ratio of the metal layer to the conductive layer is 9.5 to 10:1. The first electrode is connected to the source electrode or the drain electrode. The organic light emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. The second electrode is formed on the organic light emitting layer. |
