PURPOSE:To transmit language frequency band information even to a hard-of- hearing person for whom a hearing ability remains only at an extremely limited sound area by applying interval conversion and mixing the output of plural band filters at an optional ratio. CONSTITUTION:A sound signal from a microphone M is inputted to an encoder E for noise reduction. The sound signal encoded and processed by the encoder E is impressed to band filter groups F1-F5 of the next step and further, the output is inputted to interval converting circuit groups K1-K5. After the output of the interval converting circuit groups K1-K5 is mixed through respective mixing resistances R1-R5 with an optional ratio, it is impressed to a decoder D for the noise reduction, and the output is inputted through volume controllers R6, R7 and R8 to an amplifier A2 for an air conduction hearing aid, an amplifier A3 for a skeletone hearing aid and an amplifier A4 for an oscillation sense hearing aid respectively.
