#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves placing connection surfaces of a block by supporting one on another directly or by a layer constituted of filler material, which is placed between supporting surfaces of two blocks. The binder phase material is enriched by migrating of a binder phase by the connection surfaces of the blocks, which are made of two materials such as chemical composition of carburized metal that is manganese, chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, vanadium, tantalum, titanium, zirconium and hafnium. The metal of binder phase is selected from cobalt, copper, nickel, iron and silicon. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for assembling density material or non density material blocks of a bit of a tool such as tricone bit, polycrystalline diamond composite tool and a thermally stable polycrystalline tool, of drilling oil or mining or civil engineering industry or excavation of ground or under ground (all claimed) for fabricating composite materials such as cermets.
