<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place an order with a store of a desired condition by a simple operation by saving the troubles of retrieving a store of an order destination. <P>SOLUTION: When a user makes a call to a server device by an IP telephone, a voice session and a character session are established on the basis of an SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) between the IP telephone and the server device 2. The server device presents a selection reference list for selecting stores of order destinations by the character session to the IP telephone. The IP telephone notifies the server device of a selection reference selected by the user in the presented selection reference list. The server device extracts a store candidate satisfying the selection reference selected by the user from a store database, and forms a communication link by voices between a store telephone of the extracted store candidate and the IP telephone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
