<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical terminal device capable of notice broadcast even while an illegal viewing function of television broadcast is operating. <P>SOLUTION: An optical terminal device 2 includes: a first high-frequency amplifying circuit 100 that is a broadband amplifier for amplifying a signal of a band, such as a frequency-multiplexed television broadcast signal, notice broadcast signal or the like; a second high-frequency amplifying circuit 101 for amplifying the band of the notice broadcast signal and a control signal; and a control apparatus 15 for controlling electric power supply to the first high-frequency amplifying circuit 100 and the second high-frequency amplifying circuit 101. In a case where the control apparatus 15 receives a control signal indicating that reception of a television broadcast signal is not permitted, the control apparatus 15 supplies electric power only to the second high-frequency amplifying circuit 101. In a case where the control apparatus 15 receives a control signal indicating that reception of a television broadcast signal is permitted, on the other hand, the control apparatus 15 supplies electric power only to the first high-frequency amplifying circuit 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
