<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft magnetic alloy exhibiting a high saturation magnetic flux density of ≥1.85 T in an FeCo-based nanocrystal soft magnetic material, and achieves a long nozzle life and facilitated strip production, to provide an amorphous alloy strip for making the same, and to provide a magnetic component using the soft magnetic alloy. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic alloy is expressed by compositional formula: Fe<SB>100-x-y-a</SB>Co<SB>a</SB>Cu<SB>x</SB>B<SB>y</SB>(wherein, by atom%, 1<x≤3, 10≤y≤20, 10<a<25), and in which at least a part of the structure is composed of a crystal phase with a crystal grain diameter of ≤60 nm (excluding zero), and also has a saturation magnetic flux density of ≥1.85 T and a coercive force of ≤200 A/m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
