<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine employing a magnet produced by binding a magnet material with a binding agent in which the characteristics are improved. <P>SOLUTION: A permanent magnet produced by binding a magnet material with a binding agent the precursor of which exhibits good wettability to the magnet material, is used in a permanent magnet rotary electric machine. A proportion of a magnetic material in the magnet is increased by using a binding agent exhibiting good wettability to the magnet material, and since deterioration in magnetic characteristics of the magnet is reduced as compared with the case where epoxy resin is used as the binding agent, good characteristics is maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
