<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a porous ceramic material by which a porous ceramics material, which swiftly guides bone structure formation and has practical strength, can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a porous ceramics material comprises: a stage (A) where a ceramic raw material is dispersed into a medium, so as to prepare slurry 21; a stage B where the slurry 21 is packed into a prescribed vessel 31, and the slurry 21 is frozen unidirectionally; a stage (C) where the frozen slurry is dried, so as to obtain a molded body; and a stage (D) where the dried molded body is fired. In the stage (B), both the edges of the slurry are cooled by temperature-controlled cooling devices 41, 42, respectively, thus the slurry is frozen unidirectionally. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
