<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter for semi-transmissive liquid crystal display devices, which has a level difference between a transmissive display area and a reflective display area and has a first alignment control projection having a desired height and a not roughened surface formed on a color pixel for transmissive display and has a second alignment control projection having a desired height and a not roughened surface formed on a transparent resist layer. <P>SOLUTION: In alignment control projections, one and the same material containing a filler 20 which is melted by heat of post-baking during formation of alignment control projections is used as a material of forming the alignment control projections, and a first alignment control projection Mv1 and a second alignment control projection Mv2 are simultaneously formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
