<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cost-advantageous hose clamp positioning structure for actualizing uniform surface pressure application with no protrusion inside a hose clamp. <P>SOLUTION: The positioning structure comprises guide members 1, 2 having side wall portions 1a, 2a of approximately rectangular hose circumferential cross sections erected on the outer peripheral face of a hose H at both sides of the mounting position of an annular body 11 of the hose clamp 10 in the direction of the normal line of the outer peripheral face in the state that their lower end faces are adhered to the outer peripheral face excluding the mounting position of the annular body, and protruding portions 1b, 2b protruding from the side wall portions onto the mounting position of the annular body. The guide members can be separate components from the hose, and so there is no need for changing a mold for the hose. The guide members are adhered to another area than the mounting position of the annular body, and so no unnecessary protruding portion is formed on the inner face of the annular body and uniform surface pressure can be applied from the annular body to the hose. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
