<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable use of an encrypted file while assuring security, by enabling to specifically authenticate a user himself/herself with high accuracy using an existing configuration. <P>SOLUTION: As a terminal device 10b receives or opens the encrypted file, a one-time password is transmitted to a portable terminal device 40.
