<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement detecting device capable of detecting with high-accuracy the movement of an image by using correlation computation using a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: In this device for detecting movement of image by using correlation computation, a histogram of the movement of image is prepared, and the movement is detected by using the information. When the movement of image is detected and is displayed in the histogram, this movement detection device detects the histogram displaying the more high accurate movement for image by displaying movements of images in regions, except the regions displaying no movement of image, such as end of screen and a region displaying an object other than image or the like in the histogram. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
