<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a coating film which can further reduce the occurrence of a piling phenomenon compared with a conventional method, and increase the number of times of continuous printing until the piling phenomenon occurs in continuation printing by intaglio offset printing. <P>SOLUTION: The forming method of a coating film using an intaglio offset printing method is the modification of a forming method which comprises a step of filling a printing plate having a concave pattern with a printing ink comprising a powder component composed of inorganic powder or organic powder, a resin component, a solvent component, and a dispersion, respectively, to transfer the ink to a printing blanket of a roll shape having a silicone rubber sheet on the surface, and then to transfer it from the printing blanket to a transfer object, and is characterized in that the resin component contains a component selected from a styrene-acrylic copolymer or the like, the solvent composition contains components such as diethylene glycol monobutyl ether or the like, gas at room temperature is continuously blown to the silicone rubber sheet during printing, and when an acceptance speed V<SB>1</SB>is 0.1-12 m/min and a print speed V<SB>2</SB>is 0.2-120 m/min, a ratio of the print speed V<SB>2</SB>and the acceptance speed V<SB>1</SB>(V<SB>2</SB>/V<SB>1</SB>) is two or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
