PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature detector for a cooker, detecting the temperature of a cooking container with reduced error to the utmost even when using an emissivity variable type cooking container as the cooking container.
SOLUTION: An infrared ray intensity detecting means 40 detects the infrared ray intensity about a wavelength region K1 for measuring a first temperature set within an emissivity variable range, the infrared ray intensity about a wavelength region K1 for measuring a first temperature set within an emissivity leveling range, and the infrared ray intensity about two wavelength regions K2 for measuring a second temperature preset as different wavelength regions in the emissivity leveling range, and determines the temperature of the cooking container based on a first estimated temperature obtained based on the ratio of paired infrared ray intensities detected about the two wavelength regions K1 for measuring the first temperature and a second estimated temperature obtained based on the ratio of paired infrared ray intensities detected about the two wavelength regions for measuring the second temperature.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
|
