<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram element for easily discriminating a copy created by an unauthorized method thereby effectively suppressing the occurrence of a situation in which a copy is created by the unauthorized method, and an illuminating device and a projector each using the hologram element. <P>SOLUTION: The hologram elements 13R, 13G, and 13B each have a relief structure which diffracts incident light to form a predetermined illuminating pattern on an irradiated surface. The relief structure forms a first illuminating pattern and a second illuminating pattern composing a specified mark attached to the first illuminating pattern on the irradiated surface at the same time, and the first illuminating pattern constitutes an illuminating region which is at least shaped or made uniform in light quantity distribution on the irradiated surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
