<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate highly reliable and efficient installation of a module of an integrated circuit and an inductive transmission antenna. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna connecting area is prepared for making the module, and the antenna is made by using a plane coil. Both ends of the antenna are welded on an area of the module. Next, a plastic plate 30 with an opening part is manufactured, and a bottom part of its opening part is closed by a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 34. The module and the antenna are arranged on the plate, and are maintained in a bottom part of a storage part by a pressure sensitive adhesive material.
