PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a data structure such that the data structure of a content reflects relation between subcontents perceivable by visual recognition.

SOLUTION: This computer program is a computer program for editing a structured electronic document expressed by a tree structure wherein an object of a processing target of a computer forms each node. The program operates the computer as: a means selecting a given node among the respective nodes; a means selecting at least one other node positioned in the rear of the given node inside the tree structure; a means deciding whether semantics of the selected other node can be associated with semantics of the given node or not; and a means changing the tree structure such that the other node becomes a child node of the given node when it is decided that the association is possible.
