<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency in maintenance work in an abrasive agent feeder and a grinder therewith. <P>SOLUTION: This abrasive agent feeder 1 feeds the slurry abrasive agent 19 to the grinder 20. This includes an excahangeably set tank 16 storing the abrasive agent 19, an agitating member 4 formed by forming an agitating propeller 15 at an end of an agitating shaft 14, an agitating motor 10 to rotate the agitating member 4, and a motor base 12 supporting the agitating motor 10 above the tank 16.
