<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric noise depending on whether electric noise countermeasures are required or not without changing the configuration of an expansion valve. <P>SOLUTION: When the judgment results of whether the electric noise countermeasures are required or not is affirmative, driving timing (interval) of an expansion valve (107) is increased, and a driving quantity is reduced.
