PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overturning preventive device, capable of preventing a casing with a curved corner part as one side of the bottom part from overturning and capable of being easily brought out. SOLUTION: A stand 20 is composed of a truncated outer wall part 21. Mounting parts 22, which are scooped from the bottom part 12 of the casing 10 according to the shape of a side face part 14A or side face part 14B, are disposed at positions facing each other in the outer wall part 21. More specifically, the mounting parts 22 consist of a mounting face 221 in contact with the bottom part 12 of the casing 10 and wall faces 222A and 222B vertically erected from the mounting face 221. The mounting face 221 has a projection part 2211 approximately at the center, projecting from the mounting face 221.
