PURPOSE:To make a cutter position adjustable in a simple manner, by constituting a cutter head with two front and rear rocking members, while fitting a lockable roller in a connecting part between them for supporting free of rotation, and making this roller support a parallel pin eccentrically. CONSTITUTION:A pin part center of a work is machined as positioned at an equidistance on a line connecting both cutting parts 70a and 71a of a cutter, but when slippage is produced in a direction orthogonal with this line, positional adjustment is required to be done. A center T1 of a pin 64 of a front rocking member 61 sets a center R or a roller 65 down to the center, and on a circular arc (u) making RT1 a radius, a center T2 of the pin 64 of a rear rocking member 62 sets a center S of the roller 65 down to the center likewise and only it shifts on a circular arc (v), the center T2 of the pin 64 comes to an intersection point T3 of these circular arcs (u) and (v). Therefore, if the center of the pin 64 shifts from T1 to T2, the front rocking member 61 is rotated as far as an angle theta clockwise with R as the center, whereby a line l connecting these cutting parts 70a and 71a moves to a line (m), and if the pin part center of the work is entered within the interval (n), position for the cutter can be done.
