SPRAYING DEVICE AND SHEET-LIKE ARTICLE CLEANING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying device capable of spraying a liquid onto a sheet-like article at a uniform pressure without fluctuation along the direction perpendicular to the transfer direction. SOLUTION: The spraying device 20 sprays a liquid onto a sheet-like article W transferred along the transfer direction, and comprises nozzle rows 21, 22 consisting of a plurality of nozzle bodies 21a-21f, 22a-22f arranged on a straight line with an equal interval P along the direction perpendicular to the transfer direction. The interval between the adjacent nozzle bodies is not larger than half the length of a liquid spray zone sprayed by one nozzle body on the sheet-like article along the transfer direction on the assumption that the liquid sprayed by the one nozzle body and the liquid sprayed by another nozzle body do not interfere with each other.
