PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt with a projection capable of preventing tilting of the projection when used for article conveyance and of elongating the service life. SOLUTION: The belt with the projection 7 comprises a rubber or polyurethane elastic body having a core wire embedded along the longitudinal direction inside a belt main body 1, and at least the one projection 7 is installed on the outer peripheral face of the belt with the projection 7.
