Furthermore, since the distance between the signal electrode 11A and the ground electrode 11B is kept, an electric field Ea from the signal electrode 11A to the ground electrode 11B is not increased, and decrease in the electric field Ec induced in the electric field transport medium can be prevented. Moreover, since tight adhesiveness between the signal electrode 11A and the electric field transport medium is improved, the electric field Ec induced in the electric field transport medium can be increased.
