PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact high-precision insulating analog input device which causes no magnetic saturation, even when a microtransformer is used, and which has a wide working temperature range. SOLUTION: The insulating analog input device, which insulates and drives an FET 2 provided to a primary side of an insulating transformer T2 for analog signal receiving an analog signal, includes an insulating transformer 1 for receiving a drive pulse train divided into a plurality of pulses, and a pulse-restoring circuit 2 which is connected to the secondary side of the insulating transformer for driving and restores the output of the insulating transformer for driving, to supply predetermined drive pulses to between the gate and the source of the FET 2.
