PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge operation type analog to digital converter (ADC) circuit which can be driven at a low voltage, and in which power consumption can also be reduced and a circuit area is small. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a charge operation type ADC circuit wherein measurements are performed twice using a charge operation circuit and results of the first and second measurements are used to calculate a time value (first measurement value-second measurement value=Δt) to be used for an ADC circuit such that the time value can be relatively determined while removing components caused by circuit variations or the like.
