PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function useful for quickly finding out a target image from a large amount of images even in the case of reproducing an image by using equipment whose display capability is largely restricted just like a digital camera. SOLUTION: This multi-image display device is configured to extract a part of images from a plurality of image data, and to arrange and display a plurality of image data on one display picture, and provided with an image extraction means s0 for sorting a plurality of image data of a display candidate according to predetermined conditions; and a division display control means s7 for achieving special display configurations for discriminating at least one specific image whose photographic date is the oldest among a plurality of images sorted by the image extraction means and displayed so as to be arranged on the display picture from another image. Images at positions where the photographic dates change in the order of reproduction are discriminated from othe images.
