PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm valve improving the cleaning effects of a bag filter while sufficiently securing the flow-out amount of compressed air per unit time, even if it is of a so-called full body type having simple construction for functioning as a valve simply by arranging pipes on the front and rear sides. SOLUTION: The diaphragm valve comprises a body 15 having a pressure air chamber 15a inside and having an intake port 21 ranging from the pressure air chamber 15a and linked to a pressure air supply pipe 9 and an outer port 22 having a valve seat 23 at the inner end and linked to a clean air supply pipe 8, a cover member 16 having a valve chamber 16a inside, and a valve element 24 arranged in opposition to the valve seat 23 via a diaphragm 13 arranged in a joint portion between the body 15 and the cover member 16, wherein the pressure air supply pipe 9 is intermittently communicated with the clean air supply pipe 8 via the valve element 24.
