摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and assembling manhours, and to reduce a space, in a shift operation mechanism for operating a mechanical main shift mechanism and a sub-shift mechanism arranged in series. SOLUTION: This shift operation mechanism has an artificially operable main operation member, a main shift fork engaged with a main shifter, a main fork shaft supporting the main shift fork, an interlocking shaft interposed between the main operation member and the main fork shaft so as to move the main fork shaft in the axial direction in response to operation of the main operation member, an artificially operable sub-operation member, and a sub-shift fork engaged with a sub-shifter. The sub-shift fork is relatively movably supported in the axial direction by the interlocking shaft in a state of being operationally connected to the sub-operation member.
