PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a false twist polyester yarn giving low load on the environment and usable as a knitted fabric having thin thickness, stretchable with a small stress and requiring restorative force, and to provide a knitted fabric for a percutaneous pasting material using the false twist polyester yarn. SOLUTION: The false twist polyester yarn is composed of a sheath-core conjugate polyester filament having a core part comprising a polylactic acid and a sheath part comprising an aromatic polyester at a core/sheath mass-ratio of 20/80 to 70/30, and has a fineness of 30-70 dtex and a stretch recovery of 35-45%. The knitted fabric for a percutaneous pasting material is made of the false twist polyester yarn and has specific physical properties. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
