PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a claim related to cash balance from arising from a customer when a portable terminal other than a recording medium for a member is used as a member specifying medium and different pricing upper limit is admitted. SOLUTION: In a member management T/C 10, cash balance priced through a member card or a portable telephone set 100 is managed separately, while the member card and the portable telephone set 100 are strung by an identical member ID. By performing addition and subtraction individually with respect to the cash balance, the cash balance can be individually used in a state that each cash balance is uniformly correlated to the member card or the portable telephone set 100 without having the cash balances shared through a plurality of member specifying media, so that the player can accurately grasp the cash balance every member specifying medium.
