PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter equipped with a ground-leveling device capable of being easily attached to the rice transplanter. SOLUTION: This rice transplanter in which a ground-leveling device comprises a rotation support shaft 39 extended, in the lateral direction of a planting portion and ground-leveling rotators 40 integrally adjacently mounted of the rotation support shaft 39 is characterized, by forming the rotation support shaft 39 in a polygonal cross section shape, forming a polygonal insertion hole 40U to be fit to the polygonal cross section of the rotation support shaft 39 at the center of each of the ground-leveling rotators 40, and combining a plurality of rotation units 72 divided, in a state interfered with the polygonal insertion hole 40U to form the ground-leveling rotators 40.
