METHOD FOR BUILDING DATABASE WITH LABORATORY PRIMER INFORMATION

A method for constructing a database providing laboratory primer information is provided to enable a user to search an EST(Expressed Sequence Tag) probe set conveniently by minimizing user manipulation, enable the user to understand a search result easily by displaying the search result in a table and an image, and systematically offer information of primer needed for verifying an experiment. An analysis result is generated from a chromatogram file by an analysis tool(220). Annotation information is generated from the analysis tool by an annotation generation tool and primer information is generated from the analysis result through an EST clustering tool(230). A primer database is generated by combining the annotation information, the primer information, and clone information extracted from the analysis result(240). The primer information includes information of various kinds of parameters for designing a laboratory primer.
