A jewelry accessory using initial letters is provided to allow exchanging and combining its initial letter panels selectively and occasionally at relative low cost. A jewelry accessory using initial letters comprises: multiple initial letter panels(12), each of which forms an initial letter shape and has a combining hole on its backside top; a combining member(11) comprising a plate material with a certain width, which has multiple piercing holes(18) through which multiple initial panels are combined, and fixed rings(13) established on both ends for linking a string or a chain; multiple coupling implements including screws(15) which combine the initial panels with the plate shaped combining member through the piercing holes.
