An eyed needle and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to prevent a pillar from being cut by using SUS302 with high toughness. A method of manufacturing an eyed needle includes the steps of: processing stainless steel to have a predetermined diameter by performing at least one thinning process for the stainless steel containing carbon 0.1~0.15wt%, nickel 8~10wt%, chrome 17~20wt%, and manganese of less than 0.7wt%; and perforating a spring hole(2) at one end of a needle material(1) through a press process. The step of processing the stainless steel to have the predetermined diameter includes the steps of: performing the thinning process at a plurality of times; and performing at least one heat treatment process between the thinning processes.
