A silane-based compound is provided to show excellent thermostability and be applicable as a blue luminescent material. A distilbeneamine organosilane compound is represented by a formula(1), wherein each A1 and A3 is C6-30 arylene or C3-30 heteroarylene; each A2 and A4 is H or C6-30 aryl; A5 is C6-30 aryl; n is an integer from 1 to 3; each A6 and A7 is C6-30 aryl or C3-30 heteroaryl. An electroluminescent material comprises the distilbeneamine organosilane compound. An organic electroluminescent device comprising a cathode, an anode, and an electroluminescent layer is characterized in that the electroluminescent layer includes the electroluminescent material.
