<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module for improving productivity by suppressing cell cracks. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module has a first solar cell C<SB>11</SB>where busbar electrodes 21a, 21b with a first direction as a longitudinal direction are arranged on a main surface; a connection member 12 for electrically connecting the first solar cell C<SB>11</SB>crossing the busbar electrodes 21a, 21b on the main surface of the first solar cell C<SB>11</SB>and a second solar cell C<SB>21</SB>adjacent to a second direction substantially orthogonally crossing the first direction; and cushionings 13a-13e inserted into at least one portion between the connection member 12 and the main surface of the solar cell C<SB>11</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
