<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module for improving productivity by suppressing warpage of a cell substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module has a first solar cell C<SB>11</SB>having a photoelectric conversion section 21 for generating photo-production carriers due to the incidence of light and not less than two busbar electrodes H<SB>11</SB>, H<SB>12</SB>extended in an X direction on the main surface of the photoelectric conversion section 21; and a first connection member S1 for electrically connecting the first solar cell C<SB>11</SB>and the second solar cell C<SB>21</SB>adjacent to a Y direction substantially orthogonally crossing the X direction.
