<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for roasting over a fire of straw, by which the surface of a member to be roasted, such as bonito, is prevented from being overroasted due to a fire of straw having a restricted width. <P>SOLUTION: A roasting transport conveyor 1 on which bonito 2 or the like is mounted, and a straw transporting conveyor 6, on which loose straws 5 are mounted, are vertically and orthogonally disposed, and a fire reflecting plate 7 is disposed above an orthogonal position of the roasting transport conveyor 1. The straw transporting conveyor has protruding fire partition walls 4 on both sides, so that the width of a fire from the straw transporting conveyor is restricted to raise the fire on the roasting transport conveyor for high heat. The bonito or the like on the roasting transport conveyor is slightly roasted on the lower side even if passing through the fire in a short time, and the main flow of the raised fire is forcibly reversed by the fire reflecting plate into a convection fire to slightly roast the upper side, therefore surface roasting is achieved without overroast. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
