PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium layout support system or the like capable of changing a display method according to the achievement situation of actual results to the page layout of a medium created in the past.

When a user allocates merchandise on a present layout area 61 from the past medium layout 86, the user rearranges and displays a frame allocation of the present layout area 61 based on frame information 323 corresponding to the past medium layout 86.
